Dingle Golf Links (Ceann Sibeal)

At 6737 yds., 18 Hole Par 72, is one of the truly traditional links. With a winding “burn” that twists and turns through the entire course. Designed by Eddie Hackett and playable throughout the year.   Dingle Golf Links has full bar & restaurant facilities with views of all 18 golf holes.

I booked tee times at Dingle Golf Links months in advance after reviewing many of the golf courses in Ireland. This one seemed to be reasonably priced yet a true links course. This course turned out to be a great value. It’s remote, but I believe it’s probably a good representation of what golf was like in Ireland a 100 years ago. Staff at Dingle Golf Links were friendly and the course was in good condition. Not crowded or rushed. Enjoyed our time here. Just bring plenty of balls. If you go off into the rough, it’s so deep you seldom find your ball.

First round of official links golf was at Dingle Golf Links. Had a great time with my sons – wonderful landscape, course was in great condition and was super value. Not a single complaint. Even forgot our rain gear in the rental clubs and came back the next day to find them waiting for us!
